Our two senior managers have over 30 years’ combined experience in completing and managing investigations. In addition we have a dedicated, committed and highly experienced team of factual and surveillance investigators, who between them provide a vast range of expertise within the industry.
Our Wangara WA based office has convenient parking and is located on the ground floor, providing easy access for people with restricted mobility. Our office is equipped with all amenities, we have private interview rooms along with a training/boardroom, so that interviews and meetings can be conducted away from private residences or workplaces if required or preferred.
We provide services throughout all areas of Western Australia and Tasmainia (subject to location accessibility). In addition we also have affiliated Agents in other states enabling us to carry out interstate enquiries when required and where possible.
If required, our senior staff members are able to assist with consultation regarding investigation planning or any other requirements.

Ian Woolley – Director & Principal Investigator
Ian has over 15 years’ experience within the Australian Investigations Industry. Having come from an extensive UK Policing and Aerospace Engineering background, Ian has excelled within the industry.
Ian’s experience in managing and investigating cases, along with his direct consultation with clients is invaluable in ensuring we meet and exceed our client requirements.
Ian oversees a highly experienced and dedicated factual investigation team with specialists in psychological claims, general insurance investigations, workers compensation, Loss Adjusting, third party claims, liability and common law. Each investigation is individually evaluated to establish the most appropriate investigator and to ensure the best possible result is obtained in a timely manner.
Marnie Fowler – Investigations Manager – Surveillance
Marnie has over 15 years' experience within the Investigations Industry, having previously worked within the legal industry for 15 years as a legal secretary / paralegal / personal assistant to partners.
Marnie’s passion and experience with dealing with clients and surveillance enquiries has proven to be greatly advantageous in ensuring clients’ needs and requirements are achieved.
Marnie oversees experienced and dedicated surveillance operatives and ensures that the everchanging requirements are managed to the highest standard to achieve the best possible result.
Caitlin Healy – Administration & Desktop Enquiries Assistant
Caitlin has worked within the Investigations Industry for the past 6 years and provides assistance with professional administration, case management and client liaison.
Caitlin’s happy and cheerful demeanour enhances our friendly professional approach when dealing with our customers and clients.
